Considering the odds—roughly one in 292 million to win the big prize, but one in 25 of winning something—it's no surprise that many people won prizes from $4 to $2 million. Divided by state, bettors in New Jersey and Delaware fared the best and Vermont the worst, with only 10 winners for every 1,000 people. Meanwhile, the jackpot has crept up to a stunning $1.3 billion.
