The document, called " About the Strategy of National Security of Russian Federation" and released New Year's Eve , replaces a 2009 version that didn't mention the United States or NATO , reports Reuters. "The strengthening of Russia happens against the background of new threats to the national security, which has complex and interrelated nature," it reads, adding that Team USA and Co.
