Khloe Makes a Big Sacrifice for Lamar

Khloe Kardashian really is sticking by Lamar Odom through his health crisis, even though their divorce is all but finalized. Not only did she accompany him back to Los Angeles on Monday for more specialized treatment, but TMZ reports she's taking a break from her current romance in order to focus on Odom. She had been dating another NBA star, James Harden, but sources tell TMZ Kardashian clearly still has feelings for Odom. She's expected to remain by his side while he undergoes months of rehab.

As for Odom's prognosis, sources say his family has been warned there will be some permanent damage, but the extent is not yet clear. He's currently at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where doctors will do brain tests to find out how much damage the strokes did. And, while most of his organs have improved, a source tells TMZ Lamar's "kidneys are shot." He's set to get six hours of dialysis per day and may ultimately need a kidney transplant. (Odom apparently still has strong feelings for Kardashian as well.)
