On the eve of the 14th anniversary of 9/11, a group of what al-Qaeda is calling "economic personalities" and "wealthy entrepreneurs" has been labeled as being in the terror organization's sights. The list appears in its latest issue of Inspire and includes names like Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, the Koch brothers, and former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg. They're the intended targets of the "assassination operations" al-Qaeda is encouraging, all part of an attempt to impede "the revival of the American Economy," Fox News Insider reports. Some of these names are repeats: Gates and ex-Fed chair Ben Bernanke were threatened in a December 2014 Inspire article, NBC News reports.

In addition to the list of names, NBC News describes the opening photo-illustration as "showing blood-spattered pictures of several of the leaders next to a dripping gun." The intended marks can get off the list, the article notes, as long as they withdraw support from Israel, invest their riches outside of the US, and remove their cash from American banks, NBC notes. Another discovery made within the pages of the magazine is that the staff may need to add a proofreader: Names of several of the targets were misspelled, and a photo of Jim Walton, one of the Walmart heirs, was incorrectly identified as Sam Walton, his dad.
