The actress, who appears on the cover of Fast Company's September issue, says she "had no idea" her Goop editorial director Elise Loehnen slapped the "Conscious Uncoupling" title on her 2014 post describing her split from Chris Martin, per Page Six. Fast Company explains the term "triggers eye rolls from people who see it as a pretentious substitute for divorce," but was meant to describe a peaceful breakup created by therapist Katherine Woodward Thomas.
