Remember the one about your very, very distant relative who died in Nigeria, leaving you millions in unclaimed riches? Apparently ISIS hasn't. As the AP reports, three women in Chechnya are the subject of a police investigation for allegedly pulling a fast one on the terrorist group. A police rep describes the alleged scam thusly: The women created social media accounts, contacted ISIS, claimed they had no money for the trek to Syria, asked for aforementioned money for the trek to Syria, took the cash, and closed their accounts. The women allegedly pulled in 200,000, which unfortunately translates to only about $3,300. Good news for the threesome: They'll likely dodge punishment, because ISIS would need to file a fraud complaint. (More ISIS stories.)
