Man Drops Off Trash, Is Arrested Over Other Trash

An Arizona man attempting to legally drop off trash earlier this month was arrested … for illegally dropping off trash earlier this month. Trenton Drake White of Kingman was charged with felony littering after police say he admitted to abandoning 600 pounds of construction and household waste in the desert on June 1, according to the Daily Miner. The 20-year-old went to a trash collection event sponsored by law enforcement five days later.

Detectives were in attendance, and they noted that White arrived in a vehicle that they suspected was tied to the earlier dump, AP reports. They confronted him, and say he confessed. White also had unrelated outstanding warrants for driving with a suspended license and failure to pay fines. (More trash stories.)
