Lindsey Graham has surveyed the Iran nuke deal and found it decidedly lacking: "I don’t think there’s a snowball’s chance in Hell this framework will get approved by Congress after review," he said today on Fox, per the Hill. "It is so weak in a time we need to be strong," and "I don’t think any Republican or Democrat is going to allow that to become final." Graham put the chances of a 2016 bid for the presidency at much better odds, notes Politico, telling Chris Wallace that "If I can raise the money, I’ll do it," and noting his home state advantage in early primaries: "If I didn’t think I could win South Carolina, I wouldn’t be talking to you."
