Lindsey Graham has surveyed the Iran nuke deal and found it decidedly lacking: "I don’t think there’s a snowball’s chance in Hell this framework will get approved by Congress after review," he said today on Fox, per the Hill. "It is so weak in a time we need to be strong," and "I don’t think any Republican or Democrat is going to allow that to become final." Graham put the chances of a 2016 bid for the presidency at much better odds, notes Politico, telling Chris Wallace that "If I can raise the money, I’ll do it," and noting his home state advantage in early primaries: "If I didn’t think I could win South Carolina, I wouldn’t be talking to you." He anticipates making an announcement next month. Elsewhere on the talk show dial:

  • Sen. Bob Corker on the Loretta Lynch nomination: "My sense is, over the next 48 to 72 hours, that [this] is going to be resolved."
  • Sen. Ben Cardin on Lynch: "We are hopeful the Loretta Lynch nomination will be brought to the floor. It should have been done well before now. It shouldn't be connected to any other issue. It's outrageous."
  • John Kasich on a potential run: "My family is a consideration. Number two, the most important thing is, what does the Lord want me to do with my life?" But while he waits on a high sign, "I’m not going to figure [it] out laying in bed, hoping lightning strikes."
  • Jim Webb on potential rival Hillary Clinton: "I think we've got a lot of incumbent fatigue in the country and people are looking for fresh approaches in terms of how to solve the problems of the country." Of his own run: "We're never going to have this financial leviathan machine that's gonna pull in $2.5 billion."
