(AP Photo/John Raoux) (Associated Press) The best thing to happen to Dwight Howard last night actually happened Friday night. Someone stepped on Zach Randolph's foot, and the New York Knicks big man couldn't play against the Orlando Magic. That left the middle open for Howard, who scored 26 points and grabbed 22 rebounds in a 118-92 win, reports the Associated Press. The Magic are 3-0 against the Knicks. It was Howard's NBA-leading 52nd double-double, and it marked the seventh time this season he has had at least 20 points and 20 rebounds. Jamal Crawford had 23 points and seven assists for the Knicks. Crawford scored 17 of his points in the first 15 minutes ,as the Knicks built a five-point lead in the second period.
