They'll need to sign a paper saying they will appear in court, but they won't have to pay a dime of what would have likely been bail set at $500. Those excluded: anyone who happens to have a warrant out for his or her arrest. In the days following the decision not to indict Darren Wilson, 338 protesters have been arrested in LA; about 90 were still in jail as of this afternoon, reports the LA Times.
