With the Clinton campaign struggling to right itself amid a string of losses, another top-ranking staffer has resigned, the Washington Post reports. Mike Henry, the campaign's deputy manager, stepped down just days after campaign chief Patti Solis Doyle did the same. Henry said he quit to allow new chief Maggie Williams to build her own staff.

“Our campaign needs to move quickly to build a new leadership team,” wrote Henry in an email to staff. News of the resignation comes as Clinton has lost eight consecutive contests, including three in tonight's Potomac primaries. Henry’s political past includes directing a losing campaign in a 2004 Senate primary.  The winner? Barack Obama. (More Hillary Clinton stories.)
