More than half of passengers who died in motor vehicle accidents in 2006 were not wearing seatbelts, Consumer Reports notes, and the figure rises to 65% among Miley's 13-15 age group. The magazine says it's a shame the star didn't use her celebrity status to raise her young fans' awareness of seatbelt safety—but does acknowledge that, as her hit song says, "Nobody's Perfect."
