A community in the Hamptons has a message for Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian: Get out. The landlord who rented a Southampton storefront to the reality show stars for their new Dash boutique, which opened Monday, has not seen a happy reaction from her neighbors. Irma Herzog is "being tormented and harassed by Southamptonites," one source tells Page Six. Herzog owns the Driver's Seat restaurant, a local institution since 1960 that she took over in 2005; she rented the spot next door to the Kardashians, who started taping Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons Tuesday.

And because of that, "People are going to avoid Southampton," says one former local, adding that Herzog "should be brought up on charges." Another local says she views the presence of the Kardashians "like people viewed the plague in the Middle Age. I just want to survive it." And a local author explains, "The Kardashians really repulse people because they are cheapening the [Hamptons] brand. Thank God they are only staying for three months." Kourtney and Khloe were filmed walking down Main Street on Tuesday, with a throng of fans following along, but the mayor says he hopes future tapings won't draw such a crowd. "I hope it becomes a non-event," he says. (Click for a look at the $13.9 million mansion where the sisters are staying.)
