Nigeria might be open to negotiating with Boko Haram after all. Special Deputies Minister Tanimu Turaki tells the BBC that if the militant group really is willing to trade the captive school girls for jailed jihadis, it should send a representative for talks. Earlier the country's interior minister had said such swaps, which were suggested by Boko Haram's leader, were "not on the table."
