Porsche Sued Over Paul Walker Crash

Authorities say speed alone is to blame for the deaths of Paul Walker and Roger Rodas in a fiery crash last year—but Rodas' widow begs to differ. Kristine Rodas filed a lawsuit against Porsche yesterday, claiming the Carrera GT that Rodas was driving at the time had a faulty part in its suspension, and that a mechanical problem is what caused the car to go out of control, TMZ reports. She claims her husband tried to maintain control of the vehicle, but couldn't keep it on the road—and that since it lacked a "crash cage" and "racing fuel cell," which could have kept the fuel from igniting, it exploded upon impact with a light pole. She claims Porsche ignored other fatal crashes in the Carrera GT, and didn't warn owners of the dangers. (She also says Rodas was driving 55mph—but investigators say he was going between 80mph and 93mph.)
