Well, this is strange: Johnny Depp has been subpoenaed in a murder case, and it's all because the suspect claims she was in a relationship with him when the crime took place and was on her way to meet him at the time. Her public defender wants Depp to testify when her murder trial starts later this month, so he can deny knowing the suspect, thus illustrating to the jury that she's insane, reports TMZ. The defendant, Nancy Lekon, was charged with murder after allegedly killing a pedestrian while driving a limo in LA in 2009. Depp was served with the legal documents at the Hollywood premiere of his new movie, Transcendence, Thursday. (Click to read about 5 celebs who've killed people.)
