Huckabee Storms Back In

Mike Huckabee was expected to win his home state of Arkansas on Super Tuesday, but his wins in West Virginia, Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia on top of that have put the supposed "third wheel" back in the race for the GOP nomination, the Washington Post reports. "Sometimes one small, smooth stone is more effective than a suit of armor," Huckabee told cheering supporters in Arkansas.

Huckabee's wins in the South are likely to complicate the race and cause some sleepless nights for opponents John McCain and Mitt Romney, who had been battling for the conservative votes that went Huckabee's way. "I've got to say that Mitt Romney was right about one thing—this is a two-man race. He was just wrong about who the other man in the race was," a victorious Huckabee told AP.
