But sources tell Us the marriage has been "unraveling for a long time."

TMZ previously speculated Patton might have gotten fed up with Thicke's flirtatious ways (he reportedly grabbed a female fan's butt last year after his raunchy VMAs performance with Miley Cyrus), though Patton has repeatedly claimed to be unfazed by all that. But back when the butt-grabbing incident came to light, the fan in question claimed Thicke had cheated on Patton with her even though Patton was nearby, and rumors of an open marriage began to swirl, Fox News reports.
