Jon Stewart has some concerns about ObamaCare, and on last night's Daily Show, he made sure the health secretary knew about them. Stewart questioned the market-based approach to health care, and he kept asking Kathleen Sebelius why businesses were allowed to delay involvement for a year while individuals must get on board now. Some 85% of businesses with more than 50 employees are already in the market, Sebelius said, and a delay "doesn't change the market numbers." As for individuals, they've got tax credits and "financial help for the first time."

Stewart didn't seem quite satisfied with her response: "If I'm an individual that doesn't want it ... I would feel like you were favoring big business because they lobbied you to delay it," he said. "But you're not allowing individuals that same courtesy." After Sebelius discussed options for businesses, Stewart again brought up the question. "Let me ask you this: Am I a stupid man?" he asked. As to the program's launch, Sebelius said it had been "rockier than we'd like," but it would "keep getting better," the Washington Post notes. (More The Daily Show stories.)
