(AP Photo/Chris Pizzello) What's behind the Michael Douglas-Catherine Zeta-Jones split? A source tells Radar that Douglas' son, Cameron, who has struggled with drugs and is currently in jail, became "a big divide between Michael and Catherine." Cameron was never close to his stepmom, so while Michael has been "beside himself" over his son's problems, he feels his wife "didn’t care for the situation," the source says. "He probably felt there was little sympathy from her, toward him and Cameron." Since Zeta-Jones confirmed she and Douglas were taking a break, she's reportedly been in New York with the couple's two young kids; Douglas has been in a southeastern France resort town at the home of a close friend. They've actually been living apart since last year, sources tell E!; Douglas has been staying at their Manhattan home while Zeta-Jones remains at their Bedford estate. "They like different things" and "naturally" drifted apart, a source says. "He likes the city, he only moved [to the suburbs] for her, as she loves horses and playing golf."
