A tour bus carrying gamblers to an Indian casino overturned on a Southern California freeway today, injuring 50 people on board, authorities said. (The LA Times has the number of injured at 30, with none of the injuries thought to be life-threatening.) The bus went off the side of the 210 Freeway in Irwindale around 10am and ended up on its side in dirt along nearby railroad tracks. The bus, from the Da Zhen Travel Agency in the Los Angeles suburb of Monterey Park, was heading to the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino in Highland. (Yesterday, several sixth-graders were injured when a bus flipped in Kansas.)
