(AP Photo/Chris Jackson, Pool) Kate Middleton is not messing around when it comes to childbirth: The Duchess of Cambridge is considering hypno-birthing, sources tell Grazia and Now in interviews picked up by EntertainmentWise. The birthing method is supposed to make for a shorter, less painful labor by decreasing anxiety, which could be particularly helpful since Kate wants a natural birth, one source says. She's even "been reading up on [hypno-birthing] and listening to CDs to get into the right frame of mind," the source adds. Other reports have suggested Middleton will use a birthing pool, and will deliver her baby at St. Mary Hospital in Paddington, where princes William and Harry were born. Kate is said to have been taking prenatal yoga classes to prepare for the birth, the Daily Mail reports, and has been keeping in shape by swimming. Middleton made her last planned public appearance yesterday, at a naming ceremony for the latest Royal Princess cruise ship. The rumor mill thinks the royal baby is due July 13.
