Wharfe testified last week on the "Squidgy" controversy, claiming that a government intelligence agency taped a series of conversations between Diana and friend James Gilbey. But he had already said as much in his 2002 book. Likewise, information such as Diana's secret plan to marry Hasnat Khan has already appeared in the pages of the Daily Mirror or the Paget report.
