Judge Sends Lohan to the Morgue
Actress Lindsay Lohan is shown at the Los Angeles Lakers game in this Dec. 2, 2007 file photo in Los Angeles. The 21-year-old actress is entering a phase of her punishment for misdemeanor drunk driving that involves a stint at a morgue, her attorney, Blair Berk, told a judge Thursday Jan. 17, 2008....   (Associated Press)

Glamorous, it ain't. Lindsay Lohan will begin working at a morgue as punishment for her most recent drunken driving conviction, the AP reports. Lohan will put in two days of community service at the morgue and another two in a hospital emergency room. The court-ordered program is aimed to illustrate the consequences of driving while drunk.

Lohan pleaded guilty last summer to misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges. She has spent two months in rehab and performed more traditional community service work, her lawyer says. (More Lindsay Lohan stories.)
