After being slapped with a lawsuit, a pair of Texas parents have agreed in court that they won't demand their 16-year-old daughter have an abortion. "We just achieved an agreed order," the daughter's lawyer says. No one can be forced to have an abortion, even if the person is a minor, experts tell CNN. Now, the girl and her boyfriend, Evan Madison, plan to get married, Madison says.

The unidentified girl is old enough for legal marriage with parental consent in Texas, and the parents have reportedly agreed to the marriage. There was never any question in the couple's minds regarding abortion, Madison told Piers Morgan. "We were always determined to have the baby." Noted the girl's lawyer: "Roe was about the right to choose ... this young woman has the right to choose to have her child." (More Texas stories.)
