Michael Douglas' drug-dealing son suffered a nasty injury that looks like the result of "prison justice," the New York Post reports. Cameron Douglas, 34, showed up at the sick bay of his Pennsylvania prison with a broken finger and a broken femur—but a femur "is hard to snap, and [he] had to have a rod inserted," says an unnamed source. Douglas claimed he was hurt playing handball, but "you don’t break a femur playing handball." A crime-family captain had placed a $100 bounty on Douglas for being a snitch, the source says.

The reason: Douglas' psychiatrist said during a bail hearing in 2010 that Douglas had testified against his suppliers, Mexican immigrant brothers named Eduardo and David Escalera. Now Douglas is contemplating a lawsuit against the prison doctor's aide who misdiagnosed his broken leg as a sprain; a blood clot developed, and he's still walking on crutches. Douglas has also "gone gangster," bulking up and getting a tattoo for each year in the pokey. He's serving nearly 10 years for dealing crystal meth and later smuggling drugs behind bars.
