More than 100 people were arrested in Warsaw yesterday after Poland's Independence Day celebrations turned ugly for the second year in a row. Right-wing extremists holding a parade to rival those of left-wingers and government supporters hurled firecrackers and chunks of concrete at police in the Polish capital, Reuters reports.
