McCartney: Yoko Didn't Break Up the Beatles

All those years you’ve harbored a grudge against Yoko Ono for breaking up the Beatles … and now it turns out you can let it go. "She certainly didn't break the group up," Paul McCartney says in a new TV interview set to air next month, the BBC reports. "I don't think you can blame her for anything.” John Lennon, he adds, was “definitely going to leave.”

Plus, Ono inspired Lennon to write such hits as “Imagine,” McCartney says."When Yoko came along, part of her attraction was her avant garde side, her view of things," he says.
