Last December, a Manhattan high school guidance counselor was fired after 12 years on the job because of some naughty photos of her in lingerie and bikinis taken when she was a model, reports the New York Post, which also has one of the photos. Now Tiffany Webb is suing the school for wrongful termination, sex discrimination, and violation of her First Amendment rights. Despite the fact that the photos were 17 years old, a committee ruled that the pics had "a potentially adverse influence on her ability to counsel students and be regarded as a role model.”

Websites such as "Mo Girls Entertainment" kept posting the racy photos of Webb, who was widely seen as an outstanding counselor and who was just days away from receiving tenure, without her permission. She had been investigated three times before, but a principal decided to fire her after a teenaged student brought forward the pics. “She had no control over it,” fumes Webb's lawyer, who slams her firing as “unconscionable.” (More racy photos stories.)
