George Zimmerman's prime-time interview on Fox might end up playing in court, too. Prosecutors have taken the first step toward having a tape of it admitted as evidence, reports ABC News. In the interview, Zimmerman told Sean Hannity that he didn't regret pursuing Trayvon Martin and carrying a gun while doing so. "I feel that it was all God's plan," he said at one point.
Lots of legal analysts think the interview was ill-advised, and ABC talks to one in that camp: "He has impeached himself publicly. This is going to be a huge problem for him … and the prosecutors must be extremely pleased ... He was making inconsistent statements that they can use in a trial against him."
