Prenup Gives Katie Basically Nothing

The latest tidbit to trickle out from the Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce: Katie won't be cashing in by leaving Tom. Their prenup stipulates that she'll leave the marriage with barely more money than what she brought in, but sources tell TMZ that's fine because "money is not that important to her. He's been working nonstop and "absent" from his daughter's life, a source says, and Katie wants to get her daughter out so that she doesn't end up like Tom's other kids: Isabella, who's apparently living on Skid Row, and "party boy" Connor.
• Radar, in the disturbingly-headlined "How Katie Holmes Escaped From Tom Cruise," claims she's been planning her move for more than a year. She halted her Scientology classes 18 months ago and started distancing herself from her sister-in-law, sources say.
• Blind Gossip has an item about a divorcing celebrity couple in which the wife—and child!—once walked in on the hubby in bed with a professional athlete/family friend. Jezebel and World of Wonder both figure it's referring to TomKat and David Beckham. You're welcome for that mental image.
