WikiLeaks chief Julian Assange has taken refuge in Ecuador's embassy in London and is seeking political asylum in the South American nation. Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino says Ecuador is weighing the request. The move comes less than a week after Britain's Supreme Court ruled that Assange must be extradited to Sweden, where he is wanted for questioning after two women accused him of sexual misconduct in 2010.
