Prince William: You Don't Mess With Grandma

What’s it like to have Queen Elizabeth as your royal grandma? “'Behind closed doors, she's our grandmother, it's as simple as that,” Prince Harry tells Katie Couric in a rare interview on the subject. Even so, “As I learned from growing up, you don't mess with your grandmother,” says Prince William in a preview of the May 29 special, which marks the queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebration a few days later.

The interview includes lighthearted moments, such as Couric striking a dance pose with Harry, as well as a tour of Buckingham Palace where Couric is shown how to access a secret door. Harry also reveals that the queen has not friended him on Facebook, the Daily Mail notes. Given their well-known reluctance to be interviewed, the sit-down is quite a coup for Couric, who launches her new talk show in September. (More Prince William stories.)
