Pakistan says it has successfully tested a nuclear-capable missile, just days after arch-rival India tested a long-range missile of its own. The upgraded missile is believed to be capable of hitting targets 1,550 to 1,850 miles away, while the Indian missile has a range of 3,100 miles. (More Pakistan stories.)
