All the headlines say Mitt Romney won Michigan, but Rick Santorum's camp begs to differ. One of his top strategists says both candidates will end up with 15 delegates when all is said and done, reports the Detroit Free Press. “The race has been moved up to a tie on delegates,” says John Brabender. “For this to end up a tie can only be seen as a disaster for Mitt Romney.” The state GOP has not announced the final allotment of delegates, notes the newspaper. Romney won the popular vote by about 3 percentage points. (More Rick Santorum 2012 stories.)
