An Argentina governor was shot dead in the face, and police are questioning his widow. One government official referred to the death as a "domestic accident." Carlos Soria, 62, has just taken office as governor of Rio Negro, a life-long dream, 21 days ago, reports Reuters. He was a member of Argentina's governing Peronist party, and had been elected by a wide margin, notes the BBC.
