A passenger who tried to hide two ninja-style throwing daggers in a hollowed-out book about ... ninjas ... had his daggers and his book confiscated by TSA officers at Washington's Reagan National Airport on Monday. A bill with 29 co-sponsors titled the STRIP Act—for "Stop TSA's Reach In Policy"—would stop TSA employees who haven't had federal law enforcement training from using uniforms, badges, and titles that resemble those of police officers, the Los Angeles Times reports.
