"With the new rules, it's tough to move you from in close," said Toronto forward Nik Antropov after last night's drubbing of the Rangers, 6-2. Antropov's play reflected dominance of the crease, as the big man had a big night, scoring three goals, all on deflections and rebounds from up close, the Globe and Mail reports.

The hat trick is Antropov's first since his rookie season, and the forward is only four goals short of the career best 18 he put up last season. Toronto has won four straight, despite anemic shooting totals. However, it took only 10 shots on goal to force New York's Henrik Lundqvist out of the game, as the goalie made only six saves.
