Florida’s sophomore quarterback Tim Tebow may be the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy but he will face stiff competition from Arkansas running back Darren McFadden, who was last year’s runner-up. Also vying for college football’s top individual prize are Missouri quarterback Chase Daniel and Hawaii signal-caller Colt Brennan. “I think anyone could win it,” said Brennan, reports the AP.

Tebow may become the first underclassman to win the Heisman. He presents the voters with a strong reason to make him the first non-junior or senior to win the award; he threw for 29 touchdowns and ran for another 22. "He has done things that no one else in college football has been able to do,” said Florida coach Urban Meyer. (More football stories.)
