A Los Angeles jury just found Dr. Conrad Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, reports TMZ. Crowds gathered outside the courthouse were heard cheering immediately after the announcement of the unanimous verdict. Murray, who faces the almost certain revocation of his medical license and up to four years in prison, looked unsurprised as the verdict was read.

Jackson's anxious-looking parents and family earlier arrived at the courthouse, with sister La Toya tweeting, "I'm shaking uncontrollably!" as father Joe said simply, "Justice" on the way in. Murray himself arrived at the courthouse a few minutes after the verdict was to be read at 1pm local time. (More Conrad Murray stories.)
