Brothers in Natalee Case Freed Again

The two brothers arrested a third time last week in connection with the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway walked free yesterday in Aruba, CNN reports. A judge ordered Satish and Deepak Kalpoe, who are from Suriname, to be released after deciding the evidence presented against them did not merit pretrial detention. A third man, Joran van der Sloot, is still being held.

The two men released yesterday were seen leaving a nightclub with Holloway, 18. She was never seen again, and though her body has not been found, prosecutors say they can prove she's dead. The missing woman's parents traveled to Aruba yesterday to meet the island's chief prosecutor, who will decide by year's end whether to prosecute anyone in Holloway's disappearance.
