Pictures) In honor of Harry Potter’s last cinematic outing—and the debt ceiling negotiations playing out in Washington—David Rothkopf of Foreign Policy has come up with a list of the top 10 ways Washington is worse than Hogwarts: Peter Pettigrew was only a rat sometimes.
