A furious mom was busted at an airport on Saturday for blocking a "crotch-grabbing" pat down of her young daughter. Andrea Fornella, 41, was arrested in Nashville en route to Baltimore after shouting at guards that she didn't want her baby's "crotch grabbed" as the TSA agents prepared to search her child. The confrontation began when Fornella refused to walk with her daughter through an airport full-body scanner. She was reassured that the radiation was not harmful, but she responded: "I don't want someone to see our bodies naked." She was arrested when she attempted to videotape guards with her cell phone.
She was charged with disorderly conduct and released on bond later that day, reports the Daily Mail. Officials did not release the name or age of her daughter. The TSA has modified its policy, agreeing to reduce the number of pat downs of children, so it's unclear why Fornella's daughter was about to be searched. The TSA changed its policy following a storm of criticism. (More Andrea Fornella stories.)
