Cops: Teen Shoots Sis, Kills Beau During Cuddle

A teenage boy on a weekend pass from a children's home shot his 17-year-old sister and her boyfriend after finding them in a romantic situation, killing the beau and critically injuring her, reports AP. “The brother of the female victim came in and was upset over his sister having relations with the male victim and fired shots at both of them,” said an investigator.
