British military secrets, contaminated blood information, commercial negotiations, and other secret data is now readily available online, reports the Telegraph. Most of the documents were made available through Freedom of Information laws—but with sensitive information redacted. But because of an Internet blunder by officials, the redacted information is often easily recoverable by just cutting-and-pasting the information to a separate file. "Clearly there are issues which are sensitive and should be concealed," said one MP. "If they are supposed to be concealed then for God's sake conceal them." Click for more on the story.
