(AP Photo/Louis Lanzano, File) A police officer has found a fifth set of bones that may be linked to a serial killer on a lonely Long Island beach. The Suffolk County cop spotted the remains as he drove along a highway past Gilgo Beach in Copiague. Four murdered prostitutes have been found in burlap bags in the area. They were discovered late last year as police hunted for another missing prostitute who ran off after begging a local resident for help. All the dead women were believed to have found johns on Craigslist and other online sites, reports the New York Daily News. Click for more on the story. (More serial killers stories.) Report an error
