Apple today fended off a call from a group of big investors to reveal publicly its plans to replace Steve Jobs when he eventually hangs up his turtleneck for good. The resolution, introduced by a major labor pension fund, was voted down at the company’s shareholder meeting today, Fox News reports. Apple had insisted that though it had a plan, it didn’t want to disclose it, lest other companies use the info to poach key executives.
