Baby's got moves. And now he's got a lawyer, too. A YouTube video of an 18-month-old rocking out to the Prince song "Let's Go Crazy" has ignited a legal fight involving the music industry, a ticked-off mom and Prince himself. The lawsuit—prompted when YouTube pulled the video at the request of music honchos—could help define copyright laws, says ABC News.

When YouTube sent Stephanie Lenz a threatening note and told her it had yanked the video of her son—viewed by 28 people, mostly family members—she objected and got it reposted. Then she filed a civil lawsuit against Universal Music, contending that big labels send out such "take down notices" indiscriminately—even when no copyright rules have been broken. The case is winding through the courts. One insider says Prince himself saw the video and ordered it removed. (More Prince stories.)
