We're guessing "narcotics maker" wasn't listed under extracurricular activities on these students' applications: Police found a drug lab inside a dorm room in a Georgetown University freshman residence hall this morning. Though they initially believed it was a meth lab, the Hoya reports it was used to create the hallucinogenic drug known as DMT. Two freshmen and a campus visitor have been arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. "No drugs were found. Chemicals were found to create DMT," says a police department spokesman.

Some 400 residents of Harbin Hall were evacuated after campus police were notified that strange odors were coming for a 9th-floor room at about 5am. "For this campus, this is very out of the norm," one freshman told the Washington Post. "This should not happen." (More Georgetown University stories.)
