It seems Palin-backed GOP Alaska Senate hopeful Joe Miller is sticking with his anti-benefits stance, big time. The Tea Party favorite yesterday told Fox News' Chris Wallace that jobless benefits are unconstitutional, reports the Raw Story. "The Constitution provides enumerated powers," he said. "Show me the enumerated power."

Asked what he'd do to help the poor and jobless, Miller said it depends on the "context," and took the chance to rip recipients of government money. "What we have in this country is an entitlement mentality," he said. He also brushed off the question of whether he'd back Palin in a 2012 presidential race. For now he's "focused" on his senate race, he said. (Click here to read about how Miller toppled a Sen. Lisa Murkowski.)
